Returns
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period by emailing info@jesty.nl.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn and in original condition

All original tags and packaging must be included

The item must be returned within 14 days after you notified us of your withdrawal
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are returned used, damaged, or incomplete.
3. How to Return an Item

Email info@jesty.nl stating your order number and that you wish to return your order.

We will confirm your return request.

Send the item back using a tracked shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number as proof of shipment.
4. Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days from the day you notify us of your decision to return the order. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned item.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the full order is returned.

Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
We cannot reserve stock during the return process.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovery at info@jesty.nl.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will provide instructions and cover all reasonable return costs in this case.
